Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service, visiting our premises, or contacting us through any communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Pro Service Center offers a comprehensive range of professional services including but not limited to office moving, residential relocation, cleaning services, maintenance and repairs, pest control, and specialized business solutions. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable Kenyan laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and resource availability. Certain services may require advance booking and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to that service.
Booking and Payment Terms
All service bookings must be confirmed through our official channels including phone (+254 733 150705), email (info@servicecenter.co.ke), or through our website. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment terms vary depending on the service type. For moving services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. No-shows will forfeit the entire deposit.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the scope of work, access requirements, and any special circumstances that may affect service delivery. For moving services, clients must declare all items to be moved and inform us of any fragile, valuable, or hazardous materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and legal access to the service location during scheduled service hours. Any delays caused by access issues, inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our control may result in additional charges.
Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions, permits, and authorizations are obtained before our service date. This includes building management approvals for moves, parking permits, and elevator reservations where applicable.
Liability and Insurance
Pro Service Center maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, our liability is limited to the scope of services contracted and the amounts paid for those services. We are not liable for damage to items not declared, improperly packed by the client, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
For moving services, we recommend that clients maintain their own insurance coverage for valuable items. While we exercise utmost care in handling your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items valued over KES 100,000 unless specifically declared and additional insurance is purchased.
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly, but we reserve the right to reject claims that are not substantiated or that fall outside our liability coverage.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pro Service Center and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Modifications to Terms
Pro Service Center reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
